Plans for Future Expansion

The mall, in its present form, houses nearly 200 retails stores which are stacked with brands sourced from domestic and international resource pools. A family entertainment centre, cinema complex and a gigantic parking bay act as complements to the core features of the mall. However, plans have been drafted to make a few nuanced changes in the structural composition of the mall in the future. These planned changes includes –
  • An office complex is set to be built directly above the centre of the shopping complex for better conduct of business activities. 
  • A business class hotel is in the making to make the region surrounding the periphery of the mall more attractive.
  • The construction of bungalows and high rise apartments, parallel to the mall, has also been put on the anvil.
